Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PathFi (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of PathFi, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights.
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple free accounts.

4. Payment & Billing

For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you submit to PathFi (decisions, scenarios, uploaded documents). You grant us a limited license to process this content as needed to provide the Service.

Our content: PathFi, its logo, design, algorithms, and all related intellectual property are owned by PathFi. The reports generated by PathFi are yours to use, but the underlying technology remains ours.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PathFi at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PathFi provides decision simulation and analysis tools. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

PathFi is not a substitute for professional advice.Simulation results are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on PathFi's output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
