Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your PathFi account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and applies to every record tied to your account — decisions, personas, conversations, billing history, and authentication identifiers.
Option 1 — Self-service (signed in)
- Sign in to PathFi at app.pathfi.ai.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Click Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion. Processing completes within a few seconds.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot sign in (account lost, federated identity revoked, etc.), email support@pathfi.ai from the address tied to your PathFi account with the subject line Data deletion request.
We confirm within one business day and delete within seven days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and all authentication identifiers (email, Google, GitHub, Facebook).
- All decisions, personas, conversations, and simulation reports tied to your account.
- All uploaded files and connected-profile data.
- Billing records (subscription, top-up history). Stripe retains a copy per its own retention policy; contact Stripe directly for deletion of data held by them.
What we retain
Financial records required by law (tax, accounting). Aggregated, anonymized usage analytics that cannot be tied back to your account. Anything we are legally required to retain for audit or compliance purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Revoking Facebook Login specifically
To remove PathFi's access to your Facebook account without deleting your PathFi account: open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find PathFi → Remove. This only revokes the Facebook login linkage; your PathFi account remains intact and can still be accessed via your other login methods (email, Google, GitHub) or deleted via the steps above.
